We take approximately 60 students for each year's session of the LeaderShape Institute. Applications for the 2012 session are now available online! When you click the link, you will be re-directed to the application that is housed on the National LeaderShape website. You will be instructed to create a profile account before filling out the application. Applications are due Friday, April 20, 2012.

For Faculty/Staff Cluster Facilitators
Interested in being a Cluster Facilitator? Fill out our facilitator interest form to join our list of potential facilitators. We accept interest forms year-round. If you are interested specifically in facilitating the 2012 session, please fill out your form by April 20, 2012. We will contact you directly if we have an opportunity available for you to facilitate!
Cluster Facilitators are faculty or staff members who help guide small groups of students throughout our week at The LeaderShape Institute. These staff and faculty work closely with a group of 8-10 young men and women during the session. There are 6 Cluster Facilitators (one per Family Cluster) and 2 Lead Facilitators who are trained and selected by LeaderShape, Inc.
Cluster Facilitators at a campus-based Institute have the opportunity to continue conversations and relationships back on campus once the week has concluded. This enables students to have a mentor to guide them as they try to implement their vision, and allows facilitators to continue to empower students in their leadership development.
Training is provided for all Cluster Facilitators prior to The LeaderShape Institute in preparation for this role. All costs associated with the week are covered for Cluster Facilitators.
